Concrete vs Clay Tiles

Both concrete and clay roof tiles are widely used across the North West. Concrete interlocking tiles are the most common type on post-war housing and offer good durability and value. Clay tiles offer a more traditional appearance and are often used on period properties or where planning requires it.
